To use our services:

• For Morpho Kids: Parents/guardians must be at least 18 years old
• For App Sky: Users must be at least 13 years old (with parental consent if under 18)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

You may not use our platforms to:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Create multiple accounts to exploit services
• Use automated systems to interact with our platforms
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with other users' accounts or activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer our software
• Misrepresent your identity or information

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or business opportunities.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Rules.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against our services.
